We are seeking talented civil engineers to join our civil design team in Bedford, NH. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists on infrastructure development, site planning, and sustainable design projects from inception through construction. This position provides opportunities for professional growth and development by working with industry leaders on diverse engineering projects.

Essential Functions-What You Will Do

• Develop site plans, grading designs, and infrastructure layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and industry-standard engineering software.
• Design and analyze:
  • Site development and grading plans
  • Stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, and drainage systems
  • Geotechnical assessments and slope stability analysis
  • Construction cost estimation and quantity takeoffs
  • Utility infrastructure and site utilities
• Assist with the preparation of technical documentation including reports, specifications, and other report deliverables.
• Provide construction quality assurance oversight and field inspection on projects.
• Document and report construction progress, field observations, and compliance with design specifications.
• Perform environmental site assessments, including air, water and soil sampling, and in-situ testing.
• Coordinate with project team members and clients.

Competencies-What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; EIT/FE certification preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in site development or environmental engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to engineering design and documentation.
• Strong client relationship skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
